Guests appreciate the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom. the staff is very responsive and friendly, happy to recommend places to visit or help with any requests. the breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of options. In-room coffee, tea, and snack options are a plus.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a great experience. The breakfast served was top-notch, with a variety of options to choose from. The best aspect of the hotel was the in-room amenities, with tea, coffee, and drink varieties at available at all times. , the rooms' design was quite unique and modern, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The Wi-Fi, although available, was not very stable throughout the stay. At times, it was difficult to connect and the signal was often slow.

My New Year stay was fabulous! I loved the central location of the hotel, which allowed me to explore the city easily. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making sure that I had a comfortable stay. I particularly liked the spacious and modern room, which offered an espresso machine and a variety of teas. the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was well-lit and clean. the breakfast was amazing, offering a great selection of cakes, fruits, fresh juice, and eggs made to order. They also provided a city card allowing access to local busses and some discounts for museums.

I was a bit disappointed that the air conditioning was not working properly in my room during the night, making it quite hot and difficult to sleep. Though it was later turned back on and became more comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, this hotel was located down the street from many of the city's main attractions, making it convenient to explore this beautiful city.
